Chocolate Recipe: Simple and Delicious

Undoubtedly, this is a useful treat. But it's also necessary to be cautious towards useful. Theobromine, like caffeine, increases blood pressure and can cause heart palpitations. In small doses, it is useful, but in high doses it is dangerous. The standard (125 g.) Caffeine chocolate bar contains more than an espresso cup. Unlike sweets and other sweets, chocolate is quickly washed off the surface of the teeth, and therefore almost harmless to them. And this, of course, is an additional plus in favor of the product.
The first recipe for chocolate belongs to the Indians: they began to fry beans and mix them in a ground form with water, adding chili. But then it was just a drink. In the XI century, Benzioni (monk and scientist in one person) gave a report on the properties of this miracle drink. The report was immediately classified, and the recipe for chocolate was declared a state secret. And only at the end of the XIX century. confectioners independently deduce the formula of chocolate.
But the manufacture of chocolate was expensive then, so this delicacy was available only to rich people.

1. Recipe for chocolate "Pyatiminutka."
The name, of course, relative, since the preparation takes a little more time, but, nevertheless, preparing really fast.
Ingredients: 100-gram pack of dark cocoa powder, 4 tbsp. (without a slide) sugar, cream (2 tablespoons), 70 gr. butter (creamy).
We cook like that. In hot, but not boiled milk, we add cocoa mixed with sugar and melted in a water bath oil. Boil, stirring, all the components on the minimum low heat for 5 minutes and cool, previously spilling on the molds.
2. Recipe for chocolate "Vanilla with nuts."
Ingredients: A 100-gram pack of dark cocoa powder, a glass of ordinary sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, a third of a glass of cream, 155 g of butter, a handful of fried and detailed nuts, and a half cup of dried milk.
We cook like that. In hot milk, pour sugar (in t.vanilla) and begin to stir. Add the melted butter and milk powder. Boil for another 5 minutes at the lowest possible heat. Let's cool down. In a warm mass we add nuts, mix and pour into molds.
3. Recipe for chocolate "Coffee".
IngredientsNut: a 100-gram pack of dark cocoa powder, sugar (2 cups), a packet of butter, vanillin, ground coffee, dry milk (a glass).
We cook like that. Pour two tablespoons of ground coffee with cold water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, strain and add vanilla, cocoa powder, milk powder and sugar. After a couple of minutes, the mixture is again brought to a boil and removed again. Now add the oil. The whole process is carried out with frequent stirring. Warm chocolate is poured into molds.
As molds, the usualbaking tray (in this case the frozen mass will have to be cut with a knife), ice molds, liners from boxes with sweets (as a rule, the molds are different there).
