Required products for yeast dough:
- sand sugar - 2.5 tablespoons;
- fresh 2% milk - 700 ml;
- dry yeast granulated - 1 small incomplete spoon;
- common salt - a small pinch;
- Chicken eggs small - 2 pcs .;
- butter creamy fresh - 180 g;
- wheat flour light - 2 kg (add to the density).
Dough preparation process
Sweet stuffing for pies is better to spread onyeast base - so the dessert will turn out more fluffy and soft. Thus, to knead the test, it is required to heat 2% milk to a paired state, pour in granulated sugar, completely dissolve it, and then add an incomplete spoon of granulated yeast. So that they swell, they should be kept warm for about a quarter of an hour. Next to the milk mass must be poured table salt, add 2 chicken eggs, melted butter and wheat flour. As a result of mixing all the above ingredients, you should get a thick foundation, which should be placed in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

- raisins black or brown pitted - 200 g.
