How to cook rice in the oven?
The rice in the oven is friable and beautiful. It can be cooked by any hostess. However, you must first select the right rice; of course, you can buy any, but it is better to pay attention to basmati. It is not cheap compared to others, but the dishes from it are simply delicious. For this reason, it is not worth saving. Basmati rice always comes out crumbly and has a wonderful aroma - it is for these qualities that it is so appreciated by culinary experts. To prepare rice in the oven you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice;
- 2 cups of water;
- 50 g of butter;
- 1 head of onions;
- 60 ml of vegetable oil;
- salt to taste.
