How to cook pasta at home

- Beat the eggs with a fork. The smallest thing is to a little foam.

- We knead the elastic and smooth dough. Cover the food film and let stand for half an hour.
- Next, divide the dough into three approximately equal parts.
- On the surface, sprinkled with flour, roll the first piece of dough into a thin, delicate layer, sprinkle a little flour on top.
- Then fold the roll several times. And the resulting dough is cut into strips 0.5-0.7 cm wide. We unfold the strips to the full length and let them dry a little. In the same way we prepare strips from other parts of the dough.
- If you are not going to cook immediately, then paste"Hand-Maid" can be wrapped in a film and kept in the refrigerator for a week, but no more. If you put it in the freezer, then the month will last without damage.
Pasta with chicken breast: basic recipe

We need: half a kilo of chicken breasts, a couple of large tomatoes, a couple of Bulgarian sweet peppers, lean oil, dry greens, salt and spices to taste. Well, pasta, of course (spaghetti, pasta, spiral, noodles, as options) - home or shop.
Cooking is easy
- Chicken cut into small pieces. Fry in lean oil in a large frying pan (you can take the wok) not too long, less than 10 minutes, so that the breast becomes blush.
- Then a quarter of the rings are cut into Bulgarian pepper (peeled from seeds). Stir with the breast and fry in the same place for about five minutes.
- Then we cover the tomatoes well with hot water to remove the peel (but this procedure can also be skipped). Cut tomatoes cubes finely and put them to the mixture in a frying pan, mix thoroughly.
- We close the lid and stew for another ten minutes. And after the salt to taste, add spices and herbs dry.
- Now let's refuel and stand still for about five minutes. And at this time we cook pasta.
- Appetizing food is ready: it remains to mix the dressing and pasta. By the way, some prefer not to do this, but to serve the dressing in a separate dish, sprinkling it with spaghetti directly on a plate.
In a creamy sauce
Pasta with chicken breast and mushrooms in creamysauce is also prepared quite simply. The whole secret is sauce. And, of course, you need to add mushrooms to the basic ingredients. Creamy sauce - seasoning is traditional and versatile, suitable for many dishes. And they love it for its tastiness and simplicity.
Mushrooms in the amount of 300 grams, cream - a glass, natural fused cheese - 150 grams. All other ingredients are as in the base.
