The media reports that the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Sergei Kiriyenko, received the title of Hero of Russia.
Note that the title of Hero of the Russian Federation, according to the law, is assigned to a citizen "for services to the state and the people associated with the accomplishment of a heroic deed." It is not known what kind of feat it is about Kiriyenko. According to some sources, Vladimir Putin praised his role in the development of the nuclear industry, as well as his contribution to the presidential election of 2018. Recall that in them the current leader of Russia gained more than half of the votes of Russian voters - 56.4 million out of 108.9. Since 2005, Kiriyenko headed the Rosatom State Corporation, and in 2016 he was appointed to the presidential administration.
