Sand cake with plums: recipe "German"
For the filling you need to take more small thanlarge, elastic plums. These better preserve their appearance, and, therefore, will look more aesthetically in the finished pie. The number of ingredients is calculated for portions for 4 people.
A set of ingredients:
- plums - 300 gr (25 pieces);
- flour - 180 gr;
- an egg (or rather, its yolk);
- sugar - 80 g;
- oil - 80 g;
- baking powder - 1 spoon (h);
- Vanillin - 1 sachet.
How to cook a German sand pie with plums. Stages
- Mash butter with a fork, mix with the usual and vanilla sugar, add the yolk. Stir.
- Sifted flour mixed with baking powder.
- Combine the flour and butter, prepare the dough.
- Put on the bottom of the prepared form, topplace plums. They should be cut in half, and still need to make an incision to the middle of the lobule. To lay plums it is necessary "upside down" - convex sides downwards.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Sand cake with plums - "Strasbourg"
The number of ingredients is 12 people. Pie is indispensable for children's parties, friendly and family gatherings for tea.
Set of products for dough:
- 250 g of flour in / s;
- 125 g of oil;
- salt, 60 g of sugar.
Ingredients for filling:
- 800 g of fresh plums;
- 400 grams of fat cottage cheese;
- 200 g of sour cream 25%;
- 6 tablespoons of sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons starch, sugar and ch.l. cinnamon.
How to cook a Strasbourg sand pie with plums
- Prepare shortbread (as in the previous recipe).
- Take the form, the bottom is lined with baking paper and put the dough on it, making the sides. Place the dishes in a cool place.
- The eggs are divided into squirrels and yolks. The latter beat in a blender with cottage cheese, sour cream, starch and sugar.
- Proteins should be beaten separately and then "made friends" with curd pasta. Stir.
- Plums must be peeled and cross-cut. It is more convenient to do this from the position of the peduncle.
- Get the form with the test.
- Lubricate the top with curd pasta, lay evenly over the entire shape of the plum. Press down lightly so that almost everyone is completely immersed in the cream.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar (2 tablespoons), pour into the places of incisions of plums (by ch.l).
- The oven at 180 degrees within an hour. Before serving, cool.
Pie with plums: shortbread and meringue
Ingredients for dough:
- 150 gr oil;
- 2 yolks;
- 250 gr of flour in / s;
- 30 gr of refined sugar. Sahara;
- ch.n. baking powder.
For filling:Plums and sugar take on your own.
For meringues:proteins - 2, sugar - 60 g.
Description of the cooking process
- Make a regular short pastry.
- Place the pie on the bottom of the mold.
- Wipe plums, rub with sugar.
- Put the plum mixture on the dough. Send the cake to the oven, which is already 200 degrees, for 25 minutes. Get it when the edges of the baking are browned.
- Prepare a protein cream (whisk with a sugar beat until soft peaks form).
- Lubricate the top of the cake with cream, then continue cooking. Get it completely when the meringue turns brownish.
