The habit of tasty junk food will no longer stand between a person and his desire to lose weight, experts at Tufts University in Massachusetts are sure.
A group of scientists, led by Professor Susan Roberts, a specialist in dietology at Boston University, conducted a detailed study of the changes that occur with the change of diet in the pleasure center in the brain. The experiment involved 13 people suffering from obesity or overweight. Judging by the results of the study, if you look at useful recipes for salads from a photo, you can successfully motivate yourself to be in good shape.
Eight participants in the study scientists prescribed a low-carb diet high in protein and fiber. The important point of the program was that it did not allow the subjects to experience hunger and did not want to eat a fat or sweet meal. The remaining five were a control group and continued to eat their usual products.
