Where is Matron buried?
Moscow holy Matrona Moskovskaya was born in 1881 in the village of Serbino in a family of poor peasants. Matron was born blind, but from an early age began to show the gift of foresight and healing. At age 18, Matrona's paralyzed legs, and she could never move herself again. In 1995, the healer moved to Moscow, where she treated people until the end of her life in 1952.
The place where Matrona is buried is Moscow's Danilovskoye Cemetery (Shabolovskaya metro station, take the 26th tram, stop at Dukhovskoy Pereulok).
